Q1. Where do I begin?

A1. All of our subscriptions require setup, to a greater or lesser extent. We will contact you for a discussion after you make payment for setup (RM500.00 for the Individual Plan & RM3,000.00 upwards for the SME Plan). Actual work on the chatbot will begin after that.

Q2. What happens after you finish setup?

A2. Once that's done, we will send you a link to review your chatbot. Once you confirm that the setup has been correctly setup as discussed, you can then proceed to subscribe to the chatbot hosting plan of your choice. View subscription work flow diagram HERE.

Q3. When will my chatbot go live?

A3. Ordinarily, you can expect a lead time of anywhere from 2 to 48 hours, depending on our workload at the time of your subscription. Lead time may be longer in the event of a great surge in our workload, or if we aren't able to reach you during this time.

Q4. What is the difference between the Individual & SME Plans?

A4. Individual Plans use pre-written chatbot conversation copy & flow/sequence. No changes/amendments are made to the pre-written conversation copy and flow/sequence for the Individual Plan. However, business-related information will be changed to reflect your business, e.g. business name, product/service & contact details. The chatbot conversation copy & flow/sequence for the SME Plan, on the other hand, is fully customised to customer requirements. Q5. How does your monthly subscription billing cycle work?
